ASCE OC YMF presents LEGAL SIDE OF ENGINEERING 2: Construction Phase Services professional seminar. This is a follow up to the Legal Side of Engineering seminar held in June 2013. This seminar will provide a quick overview of legal side of engineering and jump into legal aspects of the construction phase services and address how you can improve your chances of avoiding lawsuits. Please join your fellow civil engineers for an insightful seminar presented by Michael Wroniak, Esq. and Christian Bredeson, Esq.
