We are in the process of increasing our existing program in the following ways. Increase visitations to schools Partner with teachers to develop ideas that could be incorporated in existing science and math curriculum. Develop instructional videos on a variety of activities that can be performed in the classroom during visitations or by teachers (see committee webpage for an example). Participate as judges at the Orange County Science and Engineering Fair. Assist the Younger Member Forum in the annual popsicle stick bridge competition. We will be showing presentations and activities that our K-12 Outreach committee has successfully used at past events. Participating in one activity each year would be a huge help in allowing our group to grow.
