The six divisions within UESI will be discussed, with their respective goals and missions.                                  Speaker:  Jim Anspach Jim Anspach is a Fellow of ASCE and is considered a founder of the subsurface utility engineering branch of civil engineering.  He serves as Chair of ASCE 38, CI’s Construction Standards Council, and chair emeritus of ASCE’s Codes & Standards Committee.  He is a delegate for ASCE to EJCDC, serves on the Committee for Technical Advancement, and is the board committee representative to the Infrastructure Resilience and Energy Divisions.  He is a founding governor of UESI.  Jim has managed many large utility engineering project mapping and coordination tasks, most recently the Alaska Way Viaduct.  He was an Investigator for nine National Academy utility-related projects, and several in the U.K.  He serves as Cardno’s Director of Utility Market and Practice Development.  Contact marketing@asceoc.org for sponsorship opportunities.
