Do you want to get more involved with your local ASCE Orange County Government Relations Committee?
Join the Society American Society of Civil Engineers Government Relations Staff for a short Government Relations University with a focus on Proposition 6 (Prop 6). Prop 6 will be on the November 6th ballot; a NO Vote ensures the transportation package passed by the California legislature last year (SB 1) will stay intact and funding will continue to be available for worthy projects around the state.
Learn about the myths the opposition is promoting and tools and strategies to talk to your family and neighbors about this important vote. Also, brush up on the basics of the ASCE Government Relations department and learn how you can get involved with Government Relations at Local, State & Federal Levels.
