We are fortunate to have Bob Herrman provide an update on this signature tower. The $1 billion hotel/office complex, being developed by Korean Air, is about 85 percent finished and is scheduled to be completed next year. The Wilshire Grand Center is an upscale world-class 73-story skyscraper in the heart of Downtown, Los Angeles. The Wilshire Grand Center will not only boast the 900-room InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown hotel, but also cutting edge restaurants, businesses, and attractive nightlife offerings.
