Can everyone please respond to this invite either by accepting the outlook calendar or e-mailing me directly? We need the number to figure out the ride situation. For those that do use outlook, respond to me only in a direct e-mail. I need a response from everyone regardless if you are attending or not. ---------------------------------------------- Hello everyone, This is the calendar invite for the 2016/2017 ASCE OC YMF Board Retreat. This year we will be in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will leave Friday at noon and will arrive to Orange County Sunday afternoon. We will vanpool. The dates have been selected as September 23 to September 25. Please e-mail me if you cannot make the retreat dates at all. Please start making arrangements with your employers to take a half day on Friday. Due to Friday traffic going to Las Vegas, we must leave Orange County at noon and it is very highly encouraged to vanpool with the group. More details will be e-mailed soon. Thank you everyone. |
