The Metabolic Studio is a unique art studio that “takes art practice outside of the boundaries of the (art) system to open it up to multiple possibilities bringing creativity into all areas of life. It creates “devices of wonder” that are specific to sites; interrogating land and water use and posing new modalities in thinking and behavior.” Come learn about their recent One Hundred Mules Walking the Los Angeles Aqueduct Journey, The Water Wheel Project or their latest 3 part Bending the River Back Into the City Proposed Sculpture.
