| Details | Join ASCE Los Angeles YMF and Branch in teaching the students at 10th Street Elementary about the engineering design process! We will introduce the egg drop design challenge and discuss the fundamental engineering principles involved. The students will form teams to construct a protective container that will prevent a raw egg from cracking while falling to the ground. Volunteers will oversee each student design team's egg container which will be a drop inside the LA City Hall rotunda during Engineers Week on Friday, February 21st.
