| Details | LA YMF will be preparing meals for the homeless and hungry with the Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition (GWHFC) on Friday, November 13 from 2-6pm. This will be the first of two opportunities in the month of November to celebrate what the Thanksgiving holiday is all about. Volunteering for the daily meal preparation will range from a wide variety of kitchen activities including, but not limited to, cutting fruits and vegetables, mixing together casseroles, preparing bagged/boxed meals, loading the food into a truck, and cleaning the kitchen. Supplies are provided, but please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty, and feel free to bring a chefs apron and knife if you'd like!
